Hotel Multitech Premium – Chandigarh

1. Where is Hotel Multitech Premium located?

We are located in Sector 22-B, Chandigarh, within walking distance of Sector 17 Market and Rose Garden.
You can take a local bus from the Sector 17 Bus Stand (just opposite) to Sukhna Lake and Rock Garden, both just 5–10 minutes away.
You can also rent a bicycle from the municipality bicycle station right next to our hotel and explore the city at your own pace.

2. What are the check-in and check-out timings?

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out is possible based on availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Do you offer hourly booking options?

Yes, we offer hourly room bookings for short stays or day use. Contact us directly or book online to check availability and pricing.

4. Do you offer any discounts for weddings or group bookings?

Yes, we offer special discounts for wedding guests, group stays, and bulk bookings. Please contact us directly to customize your package.

5. Is there an in-house restaurant or café?

Yes! We have our own café-restaurant, Buffet Bistro, located on the second floor.

  • Seating capacity: 15–18 guests

  • We arrange buffet-style meals for groups, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening tea/snacks, especially for bulk or wedding bookings.

  • Food is freshly prepared, so we request at least 1 hour’s notice for meal orders.

6. Is online payment available?

Yes. We accept online payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
Cash payments are also accepted at check-in, though a 10% additional charge applies to "Pay at Hotel" bookings.

7. Is outside food allowed in the hotel?

No. Outside food is strictly not allowed inside the hotel premises to maintain hygiene and quality standards.

8. Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed in guest rooms, but:

  • A charge of ₹500 per night applies

  • Pets must be kept within the guest room only and not in common areas

9. Do you provide taxi or pickup/drop service?

Yes, we provide:

  • Taxi services for city tours

  • Airport and railway station pickups/drops
    Please book in advance for availability and pricing.

10. Do you provide any room decoration for special occasions?

Yes, we offer birthday, anniversary, and special occasion room decorations, which may include:

  • Themed room décor

  • Cakes

  • Bouquets
    Contact us at least a few hours in advance to customize your surprise!

11. Do you offer printing services for guests?

Yes, we provide emergency print-out services, especially useful during exams, interviews, or business needs.

12. Do you offer free cancellation?

Yes, free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before check-in on most bookings. Some last-minute or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.
